Soccer Recap: South Miami Takes a Loss

South Miami lost against Braddock back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The South Miami Cobras came up short against the Braddock Bulldogs, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, the Cobras can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 457th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 109th).

This is the second loss in a row for South Miami and nudges their season record down to 3-6-1. As for Braddock, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0-2.

South Miami is taking a road trip to square off against Hialeah at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Braddock has already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Florida Christian on the 13th.
