Silverton lost a heartbreaker the last time they played South Albany, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's matchup. The Foxes put the hurt on the Redhawks with a sharp 20-5 win on Monday. The Foxes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by six runs or more this season.

The victory snapped Silverton's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 14-5 record. As for South Albany, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-15.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Silverton beat the Redhawks by a score of 8-6 on Wednesday.
