Eagleville had already won 15 in a row and they went ahead and made it 16 on Thursday. They blew past the Siegel Stars 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 29-27, 25-16.

Campbell Leathers paced Eagleville's offense, picking up 20 kills. Leathers got some help from Preslee Campbell and her 22 assists. Leathers also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Liza Freise, each putting up three.

Siegel's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Camryn Faulk, who had 19 digs and one assist, and Baylor Burnett, who had 14 digs. Faulk has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Eagleville's victory bumped their record up to 35-5. As for Siegel, with the loss, they broke their eight-match winning streak and moved their record to 20-15.

Eagleville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Siegel, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Riverdale on the 3rd.
