Soccer Recap: Cypress Bay's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Thursday

Cypress Bay kept a clean sheet against Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy Tigers. Given the Lightning's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked ninth, while the Tigers are ranked 57th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Erin Morgan and Sabrina Bermudez scored both of Cypress Bay's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.
