Football Recap: Box Elder Piles Up the Points Against Centerville + How To Watch

Box Elder got themselves on the board against Centerville on Friday, but Centerville never followed suit. They breezed past the Miners to the tune of 56-0. The Bears pushed the score to 44-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Miners had no chance of recovering from.

Box Elder didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Laz The Boy and Kenny Helgeson.

Box Elder now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Centerville, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Box Elder will square off against Belt at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Centerville, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Harlem at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
