Veterans is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They walked away with a 54-45 win over Jackson County.

Meanwhile, Alexander came tearing into Wednesday's contest with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Terrors 52-31. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 21 points or more this season.

Alexander's victory was their 13th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.2 points over those games. As for Veterans, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.
