Baseball Recap: Eisenhower Eagles vs. Dekaney Wildcats

Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Dekaney Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-2 last Tuesday.

Eisenhower saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kameron Gourley, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Alexander Arredondo was another, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Dekaney, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-11.
