Soccer Recap: Penn Yan Academy Comes Up Short

Penn Yan Academy lost against Geneva back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Penn Yan Academy have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Penn Yan Academy and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Geneva, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Penn Yan Academy is taking a road trip to take on Wayne at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Geneva, they will host North Rose-Wolcott at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
