Basketball Game Preview: Greenacres Christian Panthers vs. Synergy Magnet K12 Saints

The Greenacres Christian Panthers will challenge the Synergy Magnet K12 Saints at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Greenacres Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Monday, Greenacres Christian came up short against Berean Christian and fell 75-65. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Thursday (59), the Panthers still had to take the loss.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Rahmello Makonnen, who went 8 for 13 on his way to 22 points. Brendan Daniels was another key player, going 5 of 12 en route to 11 points and eight rebounds.

Meanwhile, Synergy Magnet K12 was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 41-37 to Master's Academy.

Greenacres Christian dropped their record down to 5-10 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Synergy Magnet K12, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.

Everything came up roses for Greenacres Christian against Synergy Magnet K12 in their previous matchup back in January of 2023, as the team secured an 80-53 win.
