Soccer Recap: Lafayette Takes a Loss

Lafayette lost against Lexington Catholic back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Generals lost 5-1 to the Knights.

Lafayette's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-2. As for Lexington Catholic, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-2-1.

Looking ahead, Lafayette will take on Father Ryan in a tournament on Friday. Lafayette's defense better be ready for this one: Father Ryan have averaged an impressive 3.2 goals per game this season. As for Lexington Catholic, they will challenge Madison Central at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
