Volleyball Recap: Monsignor McClancy Comes Up Short

Monsignor McClancy lost against St. John's Prep last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Monsignor McClancy came up short against St. John's Prep, falling 3-0. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Monsignor McClancy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-19, 25-21.

Monsignor McClancy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. John's Prep, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coincidentally, Monsignor McClancy and St. John's Prep will both be playing Sacred Heart the next time they take the court. St. John's Prep will host Sacred Heart at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Monsignor McClancy will host them at 4:30 p.m. on April 29.
