Basketball Recap: Diamond Finds Home Court Redemption Against Seneca

There's no place like home for Diamond, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They blew past the Seneca Indians 50-29 on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Diamond pushed their record up to 7-10 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points per game. As for Seneca, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.

When Diamond and Seneca next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Diamond will square off against Springfield Catholic and their six-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on February 12th. Meanwhile, Seneca will try to stop Aurora's eight-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
