Soccer Recap: St. Clair Takes a Loss

St. Clair was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Sterling Heights Stevenson Titans. That's two games in a row now that St. Clair have lost by just one goal.

St. Clair's loss dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Sterling Heights Stevenson, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Clair will head out to square off against Grosse Pointe South at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. St. Clair are facing Grosse Pointe South at the right time seeing as Grosse Pointe South are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Sterling Heights Stevenson, they will venture away from home to challenge Lakeview at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
