They wound up on the wrong side of a rough 10-1 walloping at the hands of the Lewis County Panthers on Thursday. Mt. Pleasant was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Lewis County apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2023.
For Lewis County's part, Brailey Carroll spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on six hits.
