Volleyball Recap: Cypress Creek Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Cypress Creek, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They skirted past the Cypress Ridge Rams 3-2. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Cougars as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Cypress Creek who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-14, 23-25, 25-19, 23-25, 15-11.

Kayla Tracey was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 17 assists and seven digs. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September.

Cypress Creek's victory bumped their record up to 23-18. As for Cypress Ridge, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-25.
