Council won the last time they faced Cascade and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lumberjacks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ramblers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lumberjacks.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-15, 25-16.

Cascade lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Lauren Taylor, who had 11 digs and six assists. Ceder Saxton was another key player, getting 15 digs.

Council's win bumped their record up to 14-9. As for Cascade, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.

Looking ahead, Council will challenge Salmon River at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cascade does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
