Football Recap: James Monroe Takes a Loss + How To Watch

James Monroe lost against Caroline back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Yellow Jackets took a blow against the Cavaliers, falling 42-7. The game marked the Yellow Jackets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Blake Morris continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Caroline, rushing for 132 yards and a pair of scores on only eight carries. Morris really tore up the turf during one magnificent 74-yard run. Another player making a difference was Dre Coleman, who rushed for 52 yards and two touchdowns.

James Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Caroline, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
