Recap: Arcadia Titans vs. Seton Catholic Sentinels        
        
		
            
 The Arcadia Titans's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell just short of Seton Catholic by a score of  50-47. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  defeat Arcadia has suffered  since December 6, 2023.
 Despite the loss, Arcadia still got an impressive performance from   Braylen Rooney, who  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and 11  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Rooney has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Nico Defalco, who  scored nine points along with six  rebounds.
 Even though they lost, Arcadia  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with ten  offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Seton Catholic only pulled down three  offensive rebounds.
 It was another big night for  Julian Garcia, who  dropped  a double-double on 17 points and 12  rebounds for Seton Catholic. Another player making a difference was  Kj Fauske, who  scored 12 points.
 Arcadia dropped their record down to 10-11 with that  loss, which was their third straight  at home. As for Seton Catholic, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won nine of their last 11 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Arcadia will take on Saguaro at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Arizona (Saguaro is ranked 131st, while Arcadia is ranked 124th). As for Seton Catholic, they will look to defend their home court  on Thursday against Mesquite at 7:00  p.m.
