Baseball Recap: Santa Ana Valley Takes a Loss

Santa Ana Valley lost against Bolsa Grande back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Falcons took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Matadors. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Santa Ana Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Bolsa Grande, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-6 record this season.

While Santa Ana Valley had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
