Nahom Solomon had an outrageously good game as he dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten assists. Solomon is absolutely dominating the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cedric Powell, who scored 21 points.
Meanwhile, Leadership Public Schools Richmond strolled past Latitude with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 52-34.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Leadership Public Schools Richmond to victory, but perhaps none more so than Landon Grisby, who scored 18 points. Grisby is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last five games he's played. Sadat Muhammad was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
AIMS College Prep's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Leadership Public Schools Richmond, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.
Everything came up roses for AIMS College Prep against Leadership Public Schools Richmond when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the squad secured a 100-68 victory.
