Bloomfield put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Saturday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Caruthersville Tigers a 4-0 shutout. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 6-4 win the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Bloomfield's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Caruthersville, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
