Soccer Recap: Winn Comes Up Short

Winn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Southwest Legacy Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-3 back in January.

Winn's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Southwest Legacy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, Winn and Southwest Legacy will both be playing McCollum the next time they take the pitch. Winn will host McCollum at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Southwest Legacy will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
