Volleyball Recap: Lola Jordan and Addison Park Secure Win for Magnolia West

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Klein Oak, Magnolia West was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tomball Memorial Wildcats. The game was the first time the Mustangs have beaten the Wildcats on their court since August 8, 2019.

Leading Magnolia West to victory were Addison Park and Lola Jordan. Park had 13 digs and two aces, while Jordan had 14 digs. That's the most digs Park has posted since back in August.

They weren't the only good server: Magnolia West was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They are a perfect 5-0 when they serve at least ten aces.

The victory got Magnolia West back to even at 13-13. As for Tomball Memorial, their loss ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 20-11.

Magnolia West didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Magnolia on the 19th. As for Tomball Memorial, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Klein on the 19th.
