Everything went their way against the Goldsboro Cougars on Tuesday as they made off with a 7-2 win. Southern Wayne haven't had any issues with Goldsboro recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Southern Wayne's offense was hitting Goldsboro from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Jaime Martinez led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Southern Wayne's win bumped their record up to 4-0-1. As for Goldsboro, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
