Baseball Recap: East Allegheny Takes a Loss

East Allegheny managed to slip by Freeport the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wild Cats lost 16-1 to the Yellowjackets on Friday. The defeat leaves the Wild Cats still looking for their first win of the season.

East Allegheny's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Freeport, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-6.

East Allegheny wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 13-1 defeat against Shady Side Academy on the 28th. As for Freeport, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-2 win against Yough on the 28th.
