Franklin County Gets a Boost from Gillman in 41-7 Victory
Starting off the list is Franklin County's Quinn Gillman, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Gillman rushed for 131 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also threw for 158 yards and three touchdowns. His longest rush was for an impressive 67 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Greensburg had no answer to Small on Friday as he rushed for 111 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. Small's longest rush was for an impressive 61 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
On the year, Small has run in 5 touchdowns while averaging 87.5 rushing yards per game.

Gage Pohlman Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Batesville got the W thanks in part to Gage Pohlman playing the best football he has all season. Pohlman rushed for 65 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries, and also picked up 34 receiving yards.
If the past is any indication, Pohlman could be in store for another big game when he takes on Franklin County on Friday. Pohlman picked up 137 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 107 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries the last time he and the Wildcats duked it out back in October of 2023.
