Cass Tech came out on top against Glenn on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive ten-run first inning. The Technicians put the hurt on the Rockets with a sharp 14-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Technicians, who have now won ten matches by nine runs or more so far this season.

Cass Tech got a massive performance out of Jelani Jabari, who went 3-for-4 with two triples, three runs, and three RBI. Those three runs gave Jabari a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kyle Terry, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

Cass Tech's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Glenn, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Cass Tech will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rockets: the pair will be back at it again later today.
