Softball Recap: Waubonsie Valley Comes Up Short

The Warriors fell just short of the Redhawks by a score of 7-5 on Wednesday. The Warriors have struggled against the Redhawks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Aislee Morgan made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 4-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Alyssa Tukker, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles.

Waubonsie Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 9-19. As for Naperville Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-12 record this season.
