The victory got Lanier back to even at 1-1. As for North Forsyth, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
Lanier didn't have too much breathing room in their match against North Forsyth in their previous matchup back in October of 2023, but they still walked away with a 27-21 win.
