Baseball Recap: Emerald Comes Up Short

The Emerald Aerouants didn't have quite enough to beat the Making Waves Academy Marlins on Wednesday and fell 5-4. That's two games in a row now that the Aerouants have lost by just one run.

This is the second loss in a row for Emerald and nudges their season record down to 1-2. Even worse, they were so close both times: the losses came by an average of only one runs. As for Making Waves Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-4-1.

Coming up, Making Waves Academy will take on Marin Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Emerald will be paying especially close attention to the Marlins' match: after the Marlins faces off against Kennedy, they'll take on Emerald again at 4:00 p.m. on the 29th.
