For the first time this season, Berlin/New Lebanon will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tamarac Bengals at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Berlin/New Lebanon is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

Berlin/New Lebanon fell victim to Stillwater and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 10-0 to the Warriors.

Meanwhile, Tamarac suffered their biggest loss since April 8, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against Mechanicville, falling 9-3. The defeat continues a trend for the Bengals in their meetings with the Red Raiders: they've now lost eight in a row.

Tamarac saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Owen Blakesley, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Another was Jacob Smith, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Tamarac's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Berlin/New Lebanon, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.
