League recap: Bosiokovic's hitting boosts Hayes

Jacob Bosiokovic was on fire this week, as he led Ohio Capital - Capital with a .529 average, three home runs and eight RBIs. Meanwhile, Hayes put together a 2-3 week.

After a week in which it went 2-3, the Pacers jumped from 120 to 88 in the national rankings, the biggest increase in the league.

Watkins Memorial's pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing 11 hits and nine-hundred-ninety-seven walks to lead the league in both categories. On the season, the Warriors have allowed just 100 hits, while striking out 193 batters. Robbie Sexton leads the Warriors with 71 strikeouts in 40 innings.

Bosiokovic led the league with nine hits this week for Hayes. On the season, he's hitting .544 and ranks first in the league with 37 hits.

He ranks first in the league with seven on the year.
