Soccer Game Preview: Klein Collins vs. Klein Cain

The Klein Collins Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Klein Cain Hurricanes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Klein Collins took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They came out on top against Magnolia by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for Klein Collins as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Klein Cain). They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over Klein Forest on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Klein Cain's offense was hitting Klein Forest from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Lucy Blackhurst led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Klein Collins' record is now 6-10-1. As for Klein Cain, the win was their first on the road, bumping their record up to 6-7.
