Football Recap: Alamosa Takes a Loss

Alamosa lost against Delta back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mean Moose had to suffer through a 48-14 loss at the hands of the Panthers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Mean Moose have suffered since September 20, 2024.

Although Alamosa took the loss, they still got scores from Victor Zepeda and Aj Baker.

This is the second loss in a row for Alamosa and nudges their season record down to 2-2. As for Delta, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Alamosa and Delta will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Mean Moose are set to square off against their familiar foe Bayfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Delta will take on rival Basalt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
