Rowan County put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Lewis County Lions with a sharp 17-4 win. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lions, too.
Tyler Crisp was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Crisp was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-4. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two).
