Basketball Recap: Schuyler Comes Up Short

After flying high against Boys Town last Thursday, Schuyler came back down to earth. The Schuyler Warriors were beaten by the Aurora Huskies 59-18 on Friday. The Warriors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-7.

Schuyler has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season. As for Aurora, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-5.

Schuyler will head out to challenge Seward at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Aurora, they will welcome Hastings at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
