Elkton had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the C. Milton Wright Mustangs. For the Golden Elks, this counts as revenge for the 7-6 victory the Mustangs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.
