Softball Recap: Brownstown Central Braves vs. Providence Pioneers

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Brownstown Central had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They never let the Providence Pioneers onto the board and left with a 7-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for Brownstown Central who now have nine in a row.

The result came thanks to Kelsey Schneider's shutout, as she gave up just three hits and racked up six Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive pitching appearances.
