Volleyball Recap: Central's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Central hadn't done well against Fairfax recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Bobcats blew past the Stampede 3-0. The Bobcats not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 18, 2024.

Central's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5. As for Fairfax, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Central is set to face off against their familiar foe Carl Hayden Community at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Fairfax will take on rival North at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
