Sycamore had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They enjoyed a cozy 59-44 win over the Belvidere North Blue Thunder on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Spartans as they're now sitting on four straight.

Sycamore's win bumped their record up to 24-8. As for Belvidere North, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 19 of their last 20 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-25 record this season.

Sycamore will square off against Crystal Lake South at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Crystal Lake South's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine matchups. Belvidere North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
