Volleyball Recap: Stuarts Draft Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Alleghany, Stuarts Draft was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They skirted past the Rockbridge County Wildcats 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cougars have posted since October 24, 2024.

Stuarts Draft moved to 6-11 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Rockbridge County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

Coincidentally, Stuarts Draft and Rockbridge County will both be playing Staunton the next time they take the court. The Cougars will host the Storm at 7:20 p.m. on Thursday, while the Wildcats will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
