Soccer Recap: Colleton County Takes a Loss

Colleton County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 9-0 to the May River Sharks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against May River this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in March.

Colleton County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for May River, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Colleton County will take on Berkeley at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for May River, they will square off against Bishop England at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bishop England will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something May River surely won't give up without a fight.
