Finn Harkins leads a balanced attack to beat Telstar

The Boothbay Seahawks had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged Telstar out 40-38. That's another feather in the cap for Boothbay, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Boothbay's win on Thursday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Finn Harkins, who scored 22 points along with six rebounds. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Harkins has scored at least 25% of Boothbay's points. Another player making a difference was Luke Morley, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds.
Boothbay's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Telstar, they bumped their record down to 2-5 with that loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Boothbay will challenge Richmond at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Telstar, they will head out on the road to face off against Waterville at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
