Baseball Recap: Beekmantown Takes a Loss

Beekmantown lost against Peru on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Eagles lost 10-3 to the Nighthawks. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 25, 2024, but that streak is no more.

Logan Hart was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Beekmantown's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Peru, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Beekmantown is set to face off against their familiar foe Northern Adirondack at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Peru will take on rival Ticonderoga at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
