Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Danville). They took down the Decatur Eisenhower Panthers 53-38 on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Vikings, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Despite the loss, Decatur Eisenhower still got an impressive performance from O'Niya Reed, who posted 22 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals. That was a full 57.9% of Decatur Eisenhower's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's had more than a third of the team's points. Zanijah Jones also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Danville's victory bumped their record up to 9-16. As for Decatur Eisenhower, they dropped their record down to 1-18 with the loss, which was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Danville will challenge Normal West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Decatur Eisenhower, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against MacArthur at 7:00 p.m.
