Basketball Recap: Yulee Hornets vs. Wildwood Wildcats
After flying high against Temple Christian Academy last Monday, Yulee came back down to earth. The Yulee Hornets fell 79-70 to the Wildwood Wildcats on Wednesday.
Yulee's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Shamar Gibbs, who went 7 for 9 on his way to 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jycere Richardson, who made all 5 shots he took to post 10 points.
