Jefferson Forest is a perfect 10-0 against Liberty since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cavaliers will challenge the Minutemen at 7:00 p.m. Jefferson Forest is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Jefferson Forest's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. Everything went their way against Rustburg as they made off with a 4-0 win. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Jefferson Forest's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 14th, while Rustburg are ranked 165th).

Meanwhile, Liberty came up short against Brookville on Friday, falling 4-1. Liberty have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jefferson Forest pushed their record up to 9-0-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four contests. As for Liberty, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

Jefferson Forest beat Liberty 2-0 when the teams last played back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cavaliers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
