Recap: Columbia Wildcats vs. Ridgevue Warhawks
The Ridgevue Warhawks typically have all the answers at home, but on Tuesday the Columbia Wildcats proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Warhawks by a score of 49-37. The win made it back-to-back wins for Columbia.
Jacotah Thomas and Myra Martinez certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Thomas scored ten points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Martinez scored four points along with six steals.
The victory got Columbia back to even at 11-11. As for Ridgevue, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-8.
Columbia will head out on the road to challenge Bishop Kelly at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Bishop Kelly will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Columbia surely won't give up without a fight. Ridgevue does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
