Wauneta-Palisade took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hitchcock County Falcons. The Broncos were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Falcons, so the Broncos were just returning the favor.

Wauneta-Palisade never let Hitchcock County on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-14, 25-22.
