Hinsdale is the team to beat in New Hampshire, but watch out for Campbell, Londonderry, Sunapee and Merrimack Valley.

1. Sunapee
2013-14 record: 17-3, Division IV runner-up
Coach: Tim LaTorra

Sunapee was one step away from a state title, but ran into a buzzsaw Hinsdale team. The Lakers lose all-state performer Erika Waterman, but the future is bright thanks to the return of Katie Frederick and Sydney Clark, who both earned all-state honors last season as freshmen.

2. Hinsdale
2013-14 record: 22-0, Division IV champion
Coach: Terry Bonnette

The Pacers attained perfection last season, winning all 22 of their games en route to a 48-35 win over Sunapee in the D-IV title game. Bonnette's squad was senior-heavy last year and will have to compensate for the departure of his daughter Skylar, Bridget Bourne, Breanna Benjamin and Allison Scott. But expect Hinsdale to be there at the end once again with sophomore Skylar LeClair at the helm.

3. Campbell (Litchfield)
2013-14 record: 21-2, Division III champion
Coach: Robert Allan

The Cougars beat Fall Mountain 57-41 in last year's title game and return a plethora of riches, including Division III Player of the Year Hannah Neild. Allan will also see significant contributions from seniors Kyle Juila and Kali Trunca, along with sophomore Hannah Fabiano, which makes the Cougars the favorite to repeat.

4. Londonderry
2013-14 record: 20-3, Division I champion
Coach: Nick Theos

Londonderry pulled out a thrilling one-point victory in last season's title game, beating undefeated Bedford by a single point. Losing legendary coach John Fagula to retirement and Division I Player of the Year Aliza Simpson to UNH will hurt, but the Lancers will be stout again in 2014-15. Senior Brittany Roche, who showed glimpses of stardom last season, will take the reins this year.

5. Merrimack Valley (Penacook)
2013-14 record: 18-4, Division II champion
Coach: Dave Huckins

First-year coach Huckins led the Pride to the school's first-ever girls basketball state title last season, and it looks like lightning could strike twice. First team all-stater Mary Mullen graduates, but second team all-state performer Mayson Kimball, a junior, is ready to step into the starring role.
